We want you to be happy with your purchase from Shakotan Clan. If something isn’t right, please read the information below.
Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
We at Shakotan Clan we reserve the right at any time to cancel any orders placed if we see it as necessary due to availability of stock, pricing errors, etc.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or store credit where applicable.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Once issued, gift cards cannot be cancelled.
Any refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be returned to the gift card, not issued as cash or to another payment method.
Gift cards have no expiry date.
