We will do our best to ensure orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Sometimes this may not be possible due to being a 2 person team that also work full time jobs so it may take some time to process orders. But be assured we will do our best to ensure all items are shipped ASAP. All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia with delivery by AusPost. Lost shipments and stolen packages are not the responsibility of Shakotan Clan and must be taken up with the carrier.
Shakotan Clan will not be responsible for paying any additional customs charges. This is seperate from the cost of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We will not change pricing on any of our items to avoid paying customs charges.
